SMART Innovation Network for New Generation Enterprises



The ET-struct project aimed at an area that is critical to growth and employment potential and addressed essential issues surrounding a general lack of coherence between "the connection of the educational system to the leading edge of technology and business practices". 


Learning platform of the project ET-Struct. It is divided into transnational and regional modules.

European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)

Project i. e. SMART is co-financed by ERDF. The Fund aims to promote economic and social cohesion by correcting the main regional imbalances and participating in the development and conversion of regions, while ensuring synergy with assistance from the other Structural Funds of the European Union.


Project i. e. SMART is implemented through the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme of the European Union that encourages cooperation among regions of nine central European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

Danube Region Strategy

The EU Strategy for the Danube Region  is a macro-regional strategy responding to challenges affecting an area which stretches from the Black Forest to the Black Sea. Priority Area 09 "Investing in People and Skills" of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region is coordinated by Austria and the Republic of Moldova, with the involvement of a wide network of key players and stakeholders from the 14 countries of the Danube Region.
